On October 29, 2012, Vietnam Report cooperated with Tax Magazine, General Tax Office and VietNamNet officially announced the List of 1,000 largest income tax contributors in Vietnam in 2012 (V1,000 List).

V1,000 List was built based on the results of investigating, checking and processing the independent data of the Vietnam Report compared with the information and data provided by relating government bodies and enterprises.

The enterprises listed in this V1,000 List are the ones which paid high income taxes in the period of 2008 to 2011. The order of the V1,000 List is based on the income taxes paid in year 2011.

According to the announced list, Chinfon Cement Corporation is leading 12 enterprises in Vietnam cement industry presented in the list. The following table is the cement enterprises and their positions in the V1,000 List in 2012.
