Position: Senior Marketing Staff (01 person)

Job description

• Participate in planning and implementing marketing activities according to the company's plan and direction, ensuring alignment with business goals;
• Implement and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns (online, offline, digital, social media, PR, etc.); monitor, measure and evaluate campaign effectiveness;
• Manage and develop communication content: create, edit content of articles, images, videos, etc. to ensure brand consistency;
• Research, collect, monitor, analyze information about the market, customers, competitors and campaign effectiveness, propose improvement ideas for marketing planning;
• Manage assigned marketing budgets, ensure effective and appropriate use of budgets;
• Coordinate with units, departments, and partners to implement marketing programs, promote brand recognition and support sales
• Perform other duties relates to working position.

Requirement  

• Male only, age < 40;
• University Graduated, major in Marketing;
• Understanding of principles and practical applications of modern marketing tools; proficient in communication channels (digital, social media, PR, offline...);
• Good communication skills; data analysis and reporting skills; teamwork skills; planning and time management skills;
• Basic English communication skills; proficient in office software: Word, Excel, Power Point and marketing tools;
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, priority given to candidates with experience in the field of construction materials
• Honest, dynamic, creative, flexible, with a high sense of responsibility;

Other information

• Probation period: 60 days;
• Working time: average 8 hrs./day; 40 hrs./week;
• Salary: Negotiable, based on ability and working experience and annual market-based adjustment;
• Bonuses and other benefits: Monthly production and sales bonus; Objective bonus; Year-end bonus: from 1-3 months of salary; Bonus on occasion of Government’s Festival days, employee’s birthday, Corporation establishment day; 24/24 Accident Insurance and Health Insurance; Commute bus from Hai Phong to the head office; Other benefits depending on business results.
